Dan began his career in the financial markets over 25 years ago as a treasurer and chief dealer at some of the largest banks in the country and the world. He developed a passion to help others protect and solidify their future. Dan is the current President of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors- Monmouth/Ocean Chapter, and a qualifier and life member of the Million Dollar Round Table. He speaks for those who are not in the position to speak for themselves. One area of expertise is estate planning for families with special needs. He is a former specialist at Metlife’s Division of Estate Planning for Special Needs and Families and directed the physical education program for Children with Cognitive Disabilities at a non-profit organization. Dan has also received his retirement income planning certificate from the Wharton School of Business.

Nathaniel is a well versed individual in the financial markets and has been working in the financial services community for over 10 years. He earned his Bachelor's of Science degree in Management and Economics from Ramapo College in New Jersey, and an MBA from Montclair State University. Before entering the financial advisory practice, his past experience included managing a multitude of branches for TD Bank and HSBC. This is where he recognized the opportunity to help others manage their finances during difficult economic times. He is a passionate individual who is committed to delivering excellence to every relationship by providing prudent and comprehensive recommendations, options, and solutions. When Nathaniel is not working at the office, he serves as treasurer for his church, working to improve their local community. He also participates in a variety of fundraisers throughout the year, such as the Ronald Reagan Foundation and Autism Speaks.

Carl Has been helping people protect and grow their wealth for over 20 years. As an experienced Financial Advisor he delivers personalized investment and asset protection strategies to affluent families and business owners. Carl focuses on financial planning with a specialization in designing income distribution for individuals in or near their retirement. Graduating from Seton Hall University, Carl earned an MBA in finance and is now a Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), FINRA Series 6,65, and 63 registered; allowing him to offer dynamic planning portfolios for his clients. He provides refined strategies for asset accumulation, preservation, distribution and wealth transfer. Carl upholds the responsibility to consistently inform and guide comfortably throughout his financial planning process, and strives to be a lifelong resource for clients, their families, and friends. Outside of the office he most enjoys spending time with his wife, Theresa, and 3 children (Tori (22), Carl (16), Nicholas (6)) at their beach-town home in Brielle, Nj.
Verna Cavalieri-Ulis is committed to helping people achieve their goals. Earlier in Verna’s life, after receiving a Master’s Degree from Syracuse University, she went on to be an Art Director for a large healthcare corporation. Drawing from her interests outside of the office, Verna later opened her own Physical Training business that she successfully ran for 16 years. In 2007 she decided to redirect her expertise and switched her focus from helping professionals and business owners with their physical health to helping them with their financial health.
S.C. has had prior currency trading background for twenty five years and worked with some major financial institutions that have included Chase Manhattan Bank and Credit Suisse. As an experienced technical analyst he has also served in the dual role of advising Central Banks and Ultra High Net Worth individuals on their currency exposures. He has traveled extensively and lived in Singapore, Hong Kong, the Middle East (Bahrain), and Switzerland. As a result he is familiar with many different cultures and their value profiles. In 2005, he transitioned to become a Financial Advisor and began his new career with New England Financial. Today he is an Equity Partner with Ark Wealth Solutions. Being a father to five children and now a grandparent to another five, he is a navigator as what should be done through life’s different phases when planning is essential and so very often neglected.
